John is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute with a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification and also holds a Certified Property Valuer membership with the Australian Valuers Institute with a tertiary degree in Business majoring in (Banking & Finance) with Postgraduate qualifications in Property.
John’s background is in the Banking & Finance industry having worked in numerous roles with Westpac Banking Corporation since graduating as well as paralegal roles with large national legal firms specialising in mortgage work on behalf of numerous lenders.
John commenced his valuation career working side by side with the director of a boutique valuation company gaining extensive experience in valuing properties across different property classes for various purposes.
John takes pride in providing independent advice and ensures full communication and transparency with clients during the valuation process.
John specialises in:

- Mortgage valuations across all property classes
- Development valuations on an "As Is" and "As If Complete" basis including feasibility analysis.

Senior Consultant Valuer
Joseph is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), a Property Consultant, a Licensed Estate Agent anda Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) with a degree in Civil Engineering, Postgraduate qualifications in Property (with Distinction) and other certifications in business and international trade.
In his previous career of over 18 years based in a southeast Asian country and in Australia, he held senior management and director positions in a multi-national and a public-listed company.
Since 2003, Joseph has been involved in property consultancy and valuation of over 2,500 properties (valued at over $2.5 billion), ranging from detached dwellings, vacant land, shops and factories to high rise office buildings, apartment towers and development projects. Joseph provides independent valuations and unbiased advice including how much to buy or sell a property.
In business and relationship disputes, parties depend on his professional opinion of value in their negotiations and settlements. Capital gains tax and stamp duty paid by clients also rests on the outcome of his valuations.
Joseph also provides vendor and buyer advocacy services on a limited basis.
